Bike comes fully assembeled minus horizonal balance legs which are only 4 bolts and can be assembled in 15 mins with 2 13mm wrenchs or 2 adjustable wrenches or one of each. Plyers not suggested because they may strip bolts but can be use if others wrenches are not available
