First you gotta train on the bike and make a commitment. You make yours and we will make ours. I have been in this industry for 12 years straight and I still teach 16 classes a week and my partner JC Navia maintains 900 bikes per month, We are here to help..
Here is how the warranty is done and kept.
1: You must keep the brake pads moisturized with mineral oil so that the pads will create friction and incremental resistance and minimal pad wear. (mineral oil cost 4.00 at Walgreen’s or Publix)
2: Each year you must pay $65.00 per year for a home visit from our guys to check,oil,grease and replace all worn parts if needed.(South Florida ONLY) This service must be done within 1 month of the sale anniversary date and it is well worth it’s price so your bike will run like a champ and maintain the warranty. If you are out of state we ask you to send us a picture of the bike once a year and if a part breaks we ask that you call us and use the internet to your advantage by showing us the broken part and we will send you a new one. It’s that easy… We are so confident in these bikes because we ride them and service them all day long.
3: We must have an working email address so we can send you an update for your service date.
4: You must do minimal repairs in the meantime like check to see if the chain is loose,acknowledge any weird noises or irregular feelings and call us with ANY questions concern the just mention conditions(we will teach what to look for and please understand this is quite easy for us and we will teach what to do.)
5: You can cancel warranty at anytime by not having us come out and fix your bike once a year for $65.00 (again this service includes replacement of the items on Warranty list)
6:Warranty list. Bottom bracket, Flywheel bearings, Chain, Bottom Bracket, Cranks( except if you strip the threads because you placed the pedals on wrong)brake pads (except if you don’t put mineral oil on them and they wear out because the pads run dry continuously.
