Billy, this is a really great forum! i love that you can see how many times a post has been viewed, the member list is great, this is very easy to use...if MDA ever does resurect its forum, it will be hard to leave this one...and perhaps most will not!

As Billy mentioned in another post, we value your participation. It warms my heart to see the high level of participation, it means people are thinking a lot about what is being said, and you feel strong enough to write about it. It speaks volumes about the passion you have for the spinning/indoor cycling 'sport'.

One thing to also keep in mind is that although this forum has as its base a good number of people and instructors from spinning-land, we also welcome the general public. As such, it makes you folks from spinning-land a bit more visible than on a 'spinning only' site - which makes you all a great resource of fitness professionals and enthusiasts for all people to come to for experiential fitness advice.

As our country starts to gain new awareness about the SAD diet (Standard American Diet) and lifestyle which has created a nation of obesity, you folks are a welcome resource for advice and training.
