For those of you new to indoor cycling and in search of music a must have compilation box set is Pure Moods The Series. You get 5 CDs of some of the most commonly known and loved "New Age" songs from various artists. [Those of you who have been around for a while, more than likely you will already have many of the selections...continue to search.]
Also a must have, for those days when you need something uplifting and inspiring, is the soundtrack from MIRACLE. Unfortunately Aerosmith's Dream On is not on the cd but it is still a good buy.
