Hi Allterrain!
Thanks for the feedback. The profile in question is just a compilation of fun stuff. My "normal" profiles are 45 minutes.
About mixing endurance and intervall? Works fine with me. It's still an excersice.
No harm intended.

my appologies B for messing up your thread...
 all you wanted was some feedback..
Allright Beowulf, let's give it a new try. My apologies if the things I wrote in my reply offended you. As for feedback; to me the Spinning-program is an indoor cycling training-program, not about "taking people for a ride", in more than one sense...
To make them benefit from the Spinning-program, there are some basic training principles that have to be applied. It would lead to far to discuss these principles here, but most of it is in the Spinning-program courses.
Although the Spinning-program is far from perfect and has a lot of flaws, it is still a whole lot better than other systems, like RPM, which is based on nothing.
To me, the Spinning program is first and foremost physical, with a little mental training in the end, and not the other way around.
If I want to give my members "a good time" then I would take them to the Zoo or the circus, if I wanted to give them religion I would take them to the church, if I wanted to give them a lesson in psychology, I would take them to the shrink...
