Hey All,

Just discovered where everyone was. Billy, congratulations on setting up an awesome forum. I was feeling like a fish out of water for a while.

I read a few of the posts on this board and I must enlighten some of you. I had the opportunity to spend 3 intense days with Johnny and a few friends. We surfed, paddled, rode, punched and kicked (and we performed thousands of repetitions) and had a blast!!! For an "old guy" he rocks!!!! (Sorry Mad, I know you are not a fan of his, but it was AWESOME training with him.) I type this now with one finger since the rest of my muscles are still recovering from the experience.

I did ask him why the MDA forum was removed. He said he has no idea. He has not been in the MDA office for the past three months nor has he spoken to anyone in the office within that time frame. He too was surprised when he logged on to find the forum gone.

If you get a chance to train with Johnny, take it. You will not be disappointed. Just go into the training with an open mind and there is so much you will discover.

Still in the zone.

Peace.

Yes.right. Couple days of pure faith and courage !
I never realized my body could face all that.

Great I could be on board at last minute.

Johnny, you are unique and incredible .
I´m sure that what you
have in your heart is much more then just
love for pedal and human beings... you have been carrying
a sunflower there and enlightening our souls.

No question, spending some days with Johnny is something you will never forget! I also had the luck to have days with him and from the bottom of my heart I can say I never met somebody giving from his inner soul so freely and with less prejudice. He is really incredible and caring and knows much more than you would expect... Pure passion for everything he does!
Hey MAD, believe me, Johnny makes the difference, try to imagine Spinning without him. I think it would be just another indoor cycling program... Glad we have such a great human being as soul for the program we are passionate about!

What bike (road) is he riding now? I heard some rumors ...

Hey Evolve,

I'm with you on the giving nature of Johnny. He was so awesome in Cancun. I can't wait to get to train with him again.

Last year Johnny was at the FIBO (http://www.fibo-messe.com/App/homepage.cfm?appname=100338&moduleid=766). It was very great.

Yeah, we "Spinner" (in German it means the same as "ideot" ) have Johnny and his philosophy. In September I participated at a indoor-cycling-convention. There I took part at courses of different ic-programms. Spinning ist realy diffenrent. Now other programm contains the mental componente which belongs to the Spinning programm. But that is one thing because I love Spinning.

I'm very sad that Johnny wouldn't be at the FIBO in April
