I heard our Cheeze was quite "blue" as a result of the old forum being shut down, and that he was headed to Monterey to meet up with his friend Jack. Someone else told me he was off to Switzerland, but that story turned out to be full of holes. I miss him. He's a Gouda guy.
(OK, sorry, I just couldn't resist a bunch of cheesy puns...)

Thanks for asking Carol. Life has been crazy fun - with no end in sight. The last week in February I helped Catfish (Fish and I bonded in a dumpster and then went for Chinese food) and his friends produce a very successful Riding 4 Research event. Check out the photos on our web site. A week later packed my bags to grille my cheeze in Mexico for ten days. In the meantime this time of year for insurance people in the Midwest is like tax season for accountants. When I have free time it's Spinning and helping with stuff at my wife's school........and that "To Do List" on the micro wave.
I need a mid-May vacation to somewhere warm.

How do I shed this "Guest" shroud and become Cheeze again??

Hi Cheese, I'm not sure, but you probably posted a reply to this message without actually logging in. Look at the top of the page to see if is says log out or in.

I had quite a delima last month and Cheeze was kind enough to help me out.... My trusty toaster quit working. When Cheeze came by one morning i was trying to make toast by stabbing the bread with a fork and holding it over the flam of the stove top.. Cheeze grabed the bread and then showed me a better, safer way to make toast.
first you take two pieces of bread put either butter or olive oil on one side of each slice then several slices of cheeze in the middle he suggests cheddar (but you can use any type you like) and make a "grilled cheeze " sandwich. when it is finished open it up and scrape off the cheeze now you have 2 peices of toast well sort of, and can re -use the cheeze the next day
Man I got to tell you that cheeze guy is really smart wth some things

Bobby: I'd like an omelet, plain, and a chicken salad sandwich on wheat toast, no mayonnaise, no butter, no lettuce. And a cup of coffee.
Waitress: A #2, chicken salad sand. Hold the butter, the lettuce, the mayonnaise, and a cup of coffee. Anything else?
Bobby: Yeah, now all you have to do is hold the chicken, bring me the toast, give me a check for the chicken salad sandwich, and you haven't broken any rules.
Waitress: You want me to hold the chicken, huh?
Bobby: I want you to hold it between your knees.

Carol there is now way in hockey sticks you're going to get me on that ferry to the main land. I almost fed the fish once - longest forty minutes of my life.
The omlettes looked good but most of the time I had the American Breakfast special (two over easy; toast; fruit and salsa with orange juice and fresh water out of the bottle).
