Hi,

i am Sven, JGSI, from North-Germany and I am very happy & proud to be introduced to my first and officially Johnny G. Spinningevent here in Bremen in May for giving a strengthclass as a presenter...

120 JGSIs have to be motivated and now I am thinking about the right music to get on the top of hill.

Tell me....have you got some ideas for this very unique class in my "very little instructorlife"? The profile should be hard and steep and I'd like to mix some powerful music from 60 to 70 rpm.

The theme for this class is "king of mountain"....

..some ideas or inspiration?

Thanx & Cheers, Sven :D

Galaxy Bounce - Chemical Brothers (totally kicks butt)
Afrika Shox - Leftfield & African Bambaataa (Vanilla Sky Soundtrack)
Terre Firme (Lara's Mix) - Delirium (feat. Aude)
Elevation (Kevroy remix) - U2
Matrix Classical Techno Remix (dark)
Minnie the Moocher - Blues Brothers (feat. Cab Calloway)
Dark Beat (Addicted to Drums) - Oscar G. & Ralph Falcon
Run On - Moby
Bodyrock - Moby
A Deeper Love Remix - Udp & Aretha Franklin

Good luck with your ride!

I don't know why I posted as guest because I logged in first. I thought Tom had addressed the time-out issue . . .

Try Operatica's "Solvej's Song". Its a remix of the opera and it is fantastic. Hope it works for you!

I like Secret World - Live // Peter Gabriel. I think it's about 7min(?) and it builds in a few places. I also like Take Me Home //Phil Colins and Peter Gabriel, it's about 8min and builds gradually to a strong finish (lots of drums!) Have a great time with the ride and congratulations!!
