If you like the loose grooove alternative sound like the SpinDoctors (only comparison I can think of, sorry) I think this new group Jet has a similar sound, and I like quite a few songs off the new album for class use. I don't remember the name of the album... sorry.

Rex Man,

A friend and class regular has been raving about JET for a few months. He just gave me a copy last week. Good stuff, although I probably shouldn't use the song, "Cold Hot Bitch" (or something like that). Some reminds me of AC/DC....the beat and bass line of their big song ("Are You Going to Be My Girl" - I think) reminds me of that Iggy Pop song in the Royal Carribean cruise line ads.

I just used cold hard bitch yesterday and is was great! Really good beat to ride to. Have to know your crowd though.
