Desert Island Spinning Music

If you had to pick one album and one only, which would it be?
Bear in mind it would have to be rideable for all EZs.

One day, I forgot ALL MY MUSIC for class. I play rock & classic rock, and I wasn't about to borrow the aerobic instructor's mix. Luckilly, I had "Kick" by INXS out in the car. WHAT A PERFECT CD FOR CLASS. All the songs work! There are a variety of tempos and some great all-around driving, motivating music. It's about 40 minutes or so in length so it was just right for a 45 min class.

Personally, if I were stranded on a desert island WITHOUT a spin bike...I'd go for "Aja" by Steely Dan.

I think mine would have to be the Punisher Soundtrack. I just love it.
