I love it when I pass a male with an ego and freshly, bronzed, shaved legs on a hill so I can show him mine.

I love riding with my husband and drafting off him so I can admire his tight butt.

I love riding with my twin sister so I can see what I look like on a bike.

I love smelling newly cut grass.

I love riding on purpose through someone's sprinklers when it's 90+.

I love beating my fastest time during a time trial.

I love racing traffic on the Air Force Base.

I love having to floss the bugs out of my teeth. :D

I LOVE it when the glass is half-full.

I LOVE it when my daughter sees a model in a magazine & says "Mom, you look like HER!"

I LOVE it when I get a new convert in the cycle room who swore they'd never do this.

I LOVE it when I eat too much on the weekends, but my jeans are still loose on Monday.

I love the peacefulness of riding alone, listening to the wonderful sounds that your derailleur makes as you shift your gears.

I love listening to the whir of a spinner and feeling the energy of the room when everyone is focused on their ride.

I love candle-lit dinners, a fireplace and a bottle of nice wine.

I love quite talks, long walks and having the confidence to know from within exactly who you are.

And perhaps it was best stated in the movie Bull Durham:

“…The small of a woman's back…opening your presents on Christmas morning rather than on Christmas Eve, and long, slow, deep, soft, wet kisses that last three nights."
