OK, so I may have started the "hate" thread over on the indoor cycling boards.....but that stayed pretty tame compared to some of the crap flying around lately!
Just looking for some positivity over here. Let's try a non-threatening poll. Something like.......what do you ride?
Two years ago, I made the switch from road-riding a clunky Cannondale Mtn Bike (100 mile centuries....I was stupid) to getting a Moser Forma Italian-made steel frame. Yeah.....old school I know. I love the feel of steel!

B4S,
Great ice breaker -there are other types out there that combine materials but I have yet to come across the balsa one. Cannondale has recently brought out a model called the Six13 http://www.legalizemycannondale.com/index_en.html . It is one sweet bike. last years TDF had this bike sanctioned to adding weight to the frame. TDL
When you turn the crank you are riding-
when you coast you're a long for the ride.

Fear not, Megale3, because porter IS an ale. See...you do learn something every now and then on here. Ales use top-fermenting yeasts that work best at warmer temperatures (about 70 degrees). While lagers use bottom-fermenting yeasts and work best at cooler teperatures (high 30's). NOW YOU KNOW. :D
BTW, I knew I was going to be missing some frame types. Being a steel-head, I guess I'm not up with the times. Personally, I like to feel a little bike beneath me. I guess if you ride something else not in the poll, you'll have to write it in.
What, no balsa wood riders out there? With a rubber band and a propeller, I hear those things really FLY!!!

Well my best road bike is steel.
And my fixed wheel winter bike is steel.
And my Lo Pro is aluminium.
But I've just bought a carbon fibre frame to build up.
I think I'm just missing the Ti and balsa wood options.
My road bike is Steel @23lbs
My cross bike is Steel @23lbs
My mtb (which has become my Wife's commuter) is Steel @24lbs
and my WIFE'S Road bike is Aluminum w/Carbon fork and wishbone...
@ 17lbs...
....this is totally unfair.
I have one Titanium, one aluminum and one steel. Ya know, one for racing, one for road riding and one for touring. Can never have enough bikes.
Hey Megale3 - Kinda funny two Megs ride Cannondale. Great name...great bike!
