Hey guys!
Just wanted to check in and let you know how much fun (and how challenging) the MS-150 (Cranberry, PA to Lake Erie) was for us!

I never saw so many hills in my life~~what an incredible challenge! And the scenery was so beautiful. And the Amish. And the devilish head-winds off of the lake. And the sweet families that were camped outside holding up huge "Thank You" signs as we passed by (brought a tear to my eye).

I feel so fortunate to be able to participate in this event in order to try and make some kind of difference for those suffering from this disease.

I thank you for all of your advice, Ale and Tinker, we followed it all and thanks to you, had a GREAT RIDE with mostly no pain (except my left knee was hurting pretty bad by the bus ride home on Sunday from so much up-stroking on the hills). But I will not complain about something so trivial when there are people out there suffering from MS.

If anyone out there is reading this and trying to decide whether or not to do one of these, PLEASE DO IT. You will have the experience of a lifetime, but more than that, you will be helping to make a difference in the lives of so many who need our help.

PS: ALE--we are wishing you all the best on your upcoming MS 150 ride in July. Go kick some butt!

Peace,

Lori

Way to go, Lori. Hopefully this will be the first of many experiences with the MS-150 program. This year will be our 7th! You should be proud.
