Changing 8-Track to CD

Can someone please help me understand how to convert all my 8-Tracks to CDs? My class gets all confused and flustered, and some stop pedaling abruptly when the track changes in the middle of a song. It's not pretty.

Also, any advice for keeping my afro looking fresh during class? And how do I keep my bell bottoms from getting caught in the pedals?

One more.....which insense works best for covering up bad habits while I ride?
