Hey this class is called "Wait a minute".(number 31 on my class description list) I love this class because it's about knowing yourself. This class involves 1 min pushes throughout the class to 92% and quick recovers under 85 %. If you can not recover to under 85% you must "wait a minute' till you can. How many pushes Billy? Oh I'd say about 8-13 pushes and that's enough in my opinion....Enjoy...
