Power Down (#14 on my class desription list) A hum dinger of a class from 5 secs up to 1min exertion throughout the class. Hold on to your hat and get ready to work. At any moment just say "Powerdown " and go for it.....


14 Power Down 65-92% {2} Intervals Instructor/Student 1 minute acceleration throughout the entire class from 1-20 times. Allowing for sufficient recoveries.
