View Full Version : Hi
Let me introduce myself....
I'm Pink.
I'm an STAR 3 Spinning Instructor, working at 4 gyms, teaching too many classes a week.
I'm a mom of a 21 year-old, who often thinks he's my guardian.
I'm an outdoor rider.
Not much else.
I'm happy to be here!

Hey sis, so happy to read you here. I suppose I should have done like you and did my own intro thread, I just posted onto L2B's.
Guess I'm just another newbie fumbling her way around a new environment. Give me time and a few hundred more posts and I think I'll get the hang of it!
BTW...has anyone noticed that the preview and submit buttons on here are the opposite of that "other" place? I keep trying to click on preview and I accidently submit the post! :?

Yeay Pink!
Oh I am just writing bacuase it told me that I cannot post another post (too quick) I must wait. So I will just stay here and babble on and on until it lets me post this post which really isn't all that important but now I am determined to post it because itwouldn't let me. That's just how I am.
lol, yes, there are some things we'll need to get used to...I've experienced the 'can't repost too quickly' ...especially when editing all my spelling mistakes. But I guess we are all somewhat trainable, right?

Thanks Pink for letting me know that WWIII had gone on and I'd missed it. What with the rain and snow the last two days.. and to think this is April! :x I've been a member here for a year but hadn't checked things out for months. Glad to be where I am welcome. :P

For what its worth, I thought this was the better of the 2 sites when they both came on the scene after Mad Dogg dropped the ball. Mostly because I had met Billy several years ago at HQ in Culver City and I truly believe he is genuine as they come.

Y-guy...I've never met him, but really hope that he pops in at WSSC this year. He might have been there at the last couple conferences when I went but I never formally met him. Now I hope I have the honor, he really seems like a guy you'd wanna get to know, very genuine and passionate. :)

Thank you Rick for the email!
Rick - You were one of the first people I corresponded with when I joined PO and have been a great help to me. I even changed my avatar from one of your earler pics!
I have been Spinning for over 9 years and recived my certification 2 months before Katrina. A year later my gym re-opened and I now teach on Saturdays.
I have gathered a lot of knowledge and encouragement from "the family" and look forward to be more involved over here.
One final note - I just got an entry level road bike - Jamis Satellite - and can't wait to be a roadie as well.

Nice to see you over here, Red. And I am glad you confiscated Rick's short-lived avatar. It was my favorite and I missed it!

As I clearly remember, Billy has no love for MDA and I'm not so sure that he'd feel very comfortable hanging around WSSC.
I'm thinking it might be better to just meet up with him at an offsite location somewhere in Miami during the weekend of the conference.
