hey guys, thought I would introduce myself. I had just started posting on the other site, so, I never really got to know anyone. My name is Lisl and I teach cycle about 4 - 6 days a week, along with step, pump, etc. I do it all! I am the group fit. manager for an awesome club that I am very proud of. I have been woprking in the industry for 14 years, cycling only for about a year and a half. Married, 2 presh babies, hot hubbie!!

looking fw to getting to know you all, very interested in all things that I have been reading!

Speaking of Greenville, I'm doing an RDEZ on Fri in class and we are riding the last stage of the USA Road Race from last year. Five passes over Paris mtn and 3 finishing circuit laps in town. Should be a blast!

BTW.... only been on this site a week and I have just over 100 posts! :shock: Holy Canoli!!!
7 weeks to go to Miami, doubt if I'll put up 100 a week till then, I got a feeling my life is going start getting spastic real soon. :roll:
