A little birdie told me there had been a mass exodus from a "site which shall not be named" - kinda like deja vu all over again from about 3 years ago. Thanks again, Billy and Innercycling for picking up the traffic :)
I have been a less-than-prolific poster at any of the sites the past couple of years, but it's cool to see a lot of familiar names still rolling around.
So let's see. . . I've been a Spinning coach for the past 7 years, and spend as much time as I can riding the roads of south central PA. With work, family, community commitments, etc., it's not easy to get the road time in, but I've got a very supportive husband (and 3 kids for whom I need to stay as sane as possible). With an active bike club and great riding partners I'm usually able to hit my weekly goals.
Great job pulling the site together, guys - I hope to stay a little more current in here. Maybe I'll even get the Beerdude back in the game!
