You don't like my simplistic style? I'll be back with the playlist.

Personally, what I like from posted profiles is where the poster paints the picture of what the ride is like. As if I felt like I was "in" the class while reading it. The more info, coaching reminders, and details, the better. Those are things that are valuable to me when reading a profile.
I am sure you offer an amazing class, and I'd love to be in it. :D
But since I can't :( , I look for getting there in my head!

I actually need to edit this profile a little, after looking at the playlist I had longer recoveries.
I ended up teaching this yesterday without music and we did shorter recoveries, it was more difficult, but maybe the fact that there was no music added to the difficulty. :?
Anyway Kelly thanks for your input, I will edit the profile a little later when I have more time. :)

Why did you teach w/o music? What happened?

technical difficulties :?
The system wouldn't read my disc, it kept saying NO DISC. Has anyone else had a similar situation? The manager wasn't in (at lunch) and there was no one else to help. I was teaching a noon class, so the people only had so much time. One lady was like "let's go, we need to get started" I was 10min after start time (I did an abs class right before with no music either) It was a little stressful
I'm sure it was just on a different setting, but I couldn't figure it out, I tried numeros cd's and even dragged a poor guy in to see if he could do anything.
