The MI teaching the 2 CECs DH and I are taking in Westerville, OH this weekend is Anthony Musemici. Anyone know him or taken any CECs with him? He's from NY and is a cat 5 cyclist.

Thanks gals, I guess this is my "WSSC" since I can't make it in June (oh crud balls) but I'll bring back a full report! Should be fine and a nice little "getaway weekend" for DH and me!

Yes....I know Anthony. We teach at the same clubs. I've only taken a few of his classes and very nice they were.
A class member of mine did an orientation with him here on LI last week and said he was good.

Just wanted to share with you that yes, Anthony has been an MI for 2 years and teaching spinning for about 10.
He did a great job. He's very good at instructing and coaching and made the day fun with his tremendous sense of humor. Talks a bit rapidly (he began the class telling us that) but once you get the "hang" of it, you can keep up pretty good with the guy!
He said he will be presenting and lecturing at next year's WSSC. I will be there and I will definitely sign up for his sessions.
Love to learn new stuff! Love it! I feel rejuvenated--like I got a shot in the arm! YEE HAW~!

Rate of Perceived Exterion: It's More Than a Feeling

Contraindicated Movements in the Spinning Program*
*Tony did them all to demonstrate, and boy was it loads of fun! He was just a blast and I would highly recommend taking any presentations or CECs he leads.
