Well, it's not a recipe....but I just recently came across a Mrs Dash (bottle) marinade that was fantastic. Garlic Lime 10 min marinate (salt free & no msg). Pound out some boneless skinless breasts in a big zip lock bag, then pour about half the bottle in, refrigerate for a little, then throw it on the grill! YUM! :D

Glad I didn't let you down there GF! :P So when you pound these breasts are you doing it with a mallet or the edge of a dish?:D
