This is from Cooking Light's "Five Star Recipes" Quick & easy.

2 medium-sized ripe firm bananas
1 T reduced-calorie margarine
1/2 t curry powder
1/8 t ground ginger
1/8 t chili powder

Peel bananas & cut each in half crosswise. Then cut in half length-wise. Set aside.

Melt margarine in a large nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Add spices and cook 30- seconds. Add bananas, cook 1 minute. Turn & cook an additional minute.

Calories: 184 per serving (one banana=4 pieces)
