Hey All,
I was just preparing a profile (my first!) for posting on the board that shall not be named and I realized there was no noise.
Where was the whir from the wheel?
The blow of the fan?
It was like a spin class without any riders
So now I'm here
Re-intro:
I'm an indoor cycle, pilates, and strength training instructor in San Diego. I'm fairly new to profession, but eager to learn and improve. I'm also graduating from college in a month and hoping to get certified as a personal trainer.
Hope I can keep up with all of you!

Glad you found your away over to the forum. This is a very comfortable place and the members (which now include YOU) work hard at making it feel like "home." I think this is how my husband and kids might describe it!  I just keep calling it education. 8) Allison, cop a squat and stick around. You will get an education for your time. No doubt, a vauable trade! The oppinions of the people on this forum are backed by enviable experience coupled with humility. Share what you know and take away with you what you don't and Welcome, Welcome, Welcome!

Thanks for the warm welcome!
Like2Bike - ha! It sounds more impressive than it is - I'm only taking one class at the UC right now......hmmm any chance we could get a laughing evil emoticon?
Kszspin - I think I'm half way there. It's been a day and my room already seems a little dimmer
Forgive me, Allison, for being behind in welcoming you. I had to take time out of my busy posting regime to do something non-forum related. Anyway, it's great that you've found your way here and I hope to get to know you better.
