The ride was great! You all were so right, I did all the work and today was about enjoying the event and the energy of all of the Spinners who gave their time, their sweat, and their money for a great cause. We raised $2,560.00! I'm so exhausted and yet energized at the same time. I got some great pictures that I can't wait to share. Thank you all so much for all of your support. You'll never know what a difference it made!

Thank you L2B - I'm sporting a pretty big grin myself. I'm feeling such a sense of accomplishment for myself as well as all of the people who supported this event, all of my friends on the forum included! I can't wait to share the pictures. I wish the lighting would have been better. I have a very nice digital camera but the pictures seemed to come out a little dark even with the flash. There are a few really great ones though. :D

Thank you Cfoam - I hope you're feeling better, I read in another thread that you're able to take less pain meds now. That's a great sign that you're healing nicely. :D

Thank you Abby - I'm looking forward to the WSSC. I was having a lot of trouble focusing on it in the last few days because of the fundraiser but now that it's over I'm totally stoked! I wish everyone was going! Maybe I can talk my husband into letting me go again next year. :shock:

Thank you, Pink, I am really proud. I feel a real sense of accomplishment on many levels. Too bad I couldn't keep from being such a baby about it during the preparation :wink: :D . The learning curve makes me a bit nervous but all's well that ends well!
