Ohh yeah another variation to this ride and here we go......

Stepping up to the top..
5 heartbeats at a time from the first song. basically a interval that last 42 mins long. Can ya handle this.....
For instance if you feel great increase from 65-92% or if you don't feel so good decrease the increase by 1-2 0r 3 beats or begin at a lower point maybe 50% and increase from there. The goal here is minimal increases of intensity over a set range of time.

Hopa you lika ...... and please let me know what ya think good or bad I am so open it aint funny

I train 120-170 as my 65-92% below is MY traing zone for todays ride.( no I am not 34 but I train at a 34 year olds zone and I am 40) Please place your heartbeats or traing zone in place of mine here
song 1 or set 120 flat road
song 2 or set 125 standing flat
song 3 or set 130 seated climb
song 4 or set 135 standing flat
song 5 or set 140 jumps
song 6 or set 145 seated or standing sprints
song 7 or set 150 standing climb
song 8 or set 155 flat road and sprints
song 9 or set 160 standing flat
song 10 or set 165 Standing climb with sprint on a hill
song 11 or set 170 Kickin like a chicken any which way you wish just hit it hard home

Hey Billy,

I like this!!! I like the amount of control and awareness it requires of the rider. Do most of your riders wear a HRM? Most of mine do but, I could almost say for sure that most of them go right from 65%-92% even though I remind them it's OK to enjoy the journey :D.

Thanks for the post. Oh, and I love Moby too!!! WAY COOL! 8)

Hi,
Each week I have about 300 students come through my 15 classes a week and I would say 60% have monitors. I do every class with some reference to a monitor period and as a authorized Polar Heart rate distributor it helps in my sales. In my classes I have students that have been with me for many of the 10 years I have been teaching so it kinda easy to make it all come together. I never force monitors down peoples throats by offering the perceived exertion format or a simple way by explanation to what we are doing in the class ( I begin every class with this saying "Here's todays game plan). I have created many ways to offer explanations on all sorts of training cues I have and if you keep coming to my class you generally will feel compelled to buy a monitor from me because i am so NICE and I LOVE THIS STUFF. Last of all in the classes I train(3-6 classes weekly) in I will do exactly what I am offering as I am a firm believer in Polar heart rate monitors and good raining technique. Hope this answers this for ya..
