I've been slow cooking ribs in Amber Bock all day in the crock pot and we're about 15 min away from slapping on some bbq sauce and throwing them on the grill. I'm soooo hungry and the smell of them cooking all day in the kitchen is just killing me. :P
Our neighbors are coming over and bringing stuff and we're gonna get down and dirty with the southern bbq today! (OMG, I've become such a redneck since I moved to Bama!)
