I am excited to find a place to mingle minds on a passion that is central in my life, cycling and fitness. I have done many certs and workshops (Les Mills, Spinning, Lemond, AFAA, SAFAX, Kaiser, Cruzer, and IFTA) and have been teaching since 1999. Although I was raised part of my youth in Wisconsin, most of my experience is from gyms/health clubs in Sao Paulo, Brazil and then Texas, but I have also taught at the local Spinning studios and garage classes as well.

I also enjoy road and offroad riding, when it isn't too windy or hot and sunny that I cook like a fried egg. Most of my outdoor riding is for charity races and challenges or with the local cycle clubs.

I look forward to cool exchanges and learning/contributing to the site and community in general!

I am director of group fitness at a club in town with 8 locations so far. I have to arrange for recerts and continuing education for the team, so I just go to as many as I can. I do travel some to see what's out there too, and some of the trainings I have only done the once and never renewed. Some of them don't even require CEUs or renewals, so they are easy. Besides, I love to learn to keep myself aware of what the differing training companies offer and how they contrast. My teaching comes down to common sense and what I can do myself and stand behind.

Thanks for the welcome!
