I like the the ride description - for students who have not yet embraced the "joy of riding in the saddle". With my class knowing how I ride, if I told them I was going to make them embrace the joy of riding in the saddle I might scare them! "Ok class, first a couple hours to warm up, then for the next 48 hours or so we're going to try to maintain a 75% heart rate in the saddle, followed by a couple hours of cooldown.... The goal of the class is to embrace the joy of riding in the saddle. Don't forget to drink plenty of water and reapply chamois cream every 12 hours or so..."
