View Full Version : Hello Everyone!

Mr. Pink
06-05-2007, 10:33 PM
Well, I guess it's official. Last year I was introduced to people at WSSC as Mr. Pink (Mrs. Pink's husband). I figured it would eventually go away but here it is a year later and I'm still Mr. Pink. So I guess I'll go with it.

I really enjoyed seeing everyone at WSSC (renewing friendships from last year and make new friends). What a great group of people!

I'll post some pictures from WSSC as soon as I figure out how.

Ahh, jeeze. You two lovebirds will have to keep the public displays of affection to a minimum.

Hellooooo Mr Pink!

I'm going to attempt to post some pics in a minute. I just uploaded all the pics from my camera (had to call the DH to ask how to get the card out) (rolley eyes, I can't believe I couldn't figure that out, smilie).

Glad you came out from behind Pink's shoulder and stepped up to the plate. (winkin' smilie)

POOP!!! POOP!!! POOP!!!

I don't know how to resize my pics (they are too big a file to upload onto the site). I guess I'll have to wait till the weekend when the man who knows everything comes home. Ughhh!

Sorry guys, you'll just have to wait to see the interesting pic of Mr Pink putting my stick into his computer thingy (with a BIG smile on his face). (he he he, smilie)

First of all welcome! I'll say it once and then won't bring it up ever again, you don't have to be Mr. Pink if you don't want to. Everyone gets to decide what they are called. Pink is lovely and fits you SW, but you can be any color you want, nuf said. Again welcome.

I like dogs. Except for the one chasing my front wheel this morning. Not fun when he sat with his nose 2 inches in front of my spokes.

It'd be just my luck that as an animal rights activist my big bike wreck would involve running over an animal.

Not really.....if you want to designate the Y chromosome half of a relationship, I think it's de rigeur to use the "Mr" prefix.

I actually like the *Dr* moniker (if I need to use it). Since I hail from the UK where "surgical" disciplines revert to Mr/Mrs/Miss (usually "Mr") I find it refreshing to have a statusless/genderless intro to who I might be.

It's a difficult combo in our household right now......

...I'm usually known as Dr. Naylor. End of story.

...dh is known as Dr. Lake-Bakaar

...dd is now known as Dr. Lake-Bakaar

....dh is Dr Gerry L.-B.

....dd is now known as Dr. Geri. L.-B.

...dh was known as *BIG* Gerry

...dd is very obviously *BIG* Geri.

I could go on....

6' and a bit.

I'll e-mail you a pic from graduation that'll emphasize the height differential.

I'm good Felix. I'm wishing I was back in Miami and not back at work. Although, I may never take a cab ride in Miami again.

Although, I may never take a cab ride in Miami again.

Amen to that! At least we'll check for a driver's license!

I have to say that I had THE BEST ride to the airport on Monday! ;)
Felix knows how to drive a couple girls in style. Dawn and I had great company, great music, and he even had a valid DL! :D
Somebody needs to snatch him up (hint, hint, he's single ladies!) :p
