Looking forward to the TSI Summit and taking Jennifer's LT Field Test, Alpe'dHuez, and Triple Threat workshops. Reading her post and all of you that attended her Miami workshops really inspired me to get registered.

Sandy, you'll have great rides. Since we have all the notes/slides/handouts to share with you, I suggest you ride them to get the feel for them all. But beware, when you ride ADH, don't be too hungry because as she describes the french bakers baking the croissants and breads you can literally smell them! :o

Jennifer's workshops at TSI in Brooklyn yesterday were amazing. I know alot of you took her LT Testing, Triple Threat and Alp d'Huez in Miami. I feel so fortunate to have caught them here. I tried to soak up as much as my brain could but talk about feeling like a novice when it comes to instructing intervals, I'm only at the tip of the instructing iceberg. Did anybody else have a higher than expected LT on that test? I can honestly say I couldn't have gone any harder for 20 min. But now my I feel as though I train too much in that Dead zone. Thoughts?
