Guys,
I lived off other contributor's profile teat too long. I've decided to contribute one for your consideration. It's nothing special. It's a 40 minute strength ride with a playlist. I used MM and used the crossfade function. Nothing special about that either.

Whachu talkin' bout Willis? Nothing special 'bout it? I think it's special--it's your first profile that you shared with us and it's great!
Just thinking maybe it's more of an All Terrain type profile since there are fast flats sprinkled in there. It's SEZ in it's HR parameters but I think a true SEZ (in the world of MD) has working recoveries on a hill rather than fast flats. Someone please jump in and correct me if I'm wrong in my understanding. I've struggled with understanding SEZs before!
It's a great profile and I plan on using it. Love the music too, and your cues are awesome.
Thanks Mark! Keep 'em coming!

You could be right. I was thinking more HR parameter than terrain. When I think all terrain, I think IEZ. However, when I taught this, I noticed my heart rate was 103% of MHR and 95% MHR Karvonen adjusted. :o However, I wasn't even sucking air. So, it felt like a SEZ to me. I was really feeling fit and fresh, huh?

I have a standing 7:30 am class; whether I am teaching or not. The crew is looking forward to something new. A new style is a good thing.

Yes dear, my balls are in fine working order.:D I had to download a smaller version. It exceeded the 100X100 pixel limitation. Sometimes, it pays to read the instructions.

Man ... I have been riding a 'challenge' profile for the past two weeks ('cause they loved it sooo much) ... and was thinking ... 'what am I gonna do this week?'
Now I have it, thanks to you Mark ... you must have been reading my mind on the multiple hills profile ... I love your playlist (and I have ever track) but since Thursday is the Summer Solstice ... I GOTTA do SUMMER themed music to your profile.
Thanks Man!
