I started Spinning about two years ago when I began to notice a little weight gain. Prior to that I could and did eat whatever I wanted with no consequence. I started watching what I ate, began Spinning and lifting weights. I lost 10 pounds and have kept it off. One of the big issues I have with maintaining the weight loss is cutting way back on sweets, refined/processed? sugar treats. Now every once in a while when I have a treat, ice cream or even a can of pop, I almost feel sick to my stomach and I know it is not guilt.

Does anyone have any insight on this issue? Thanks in advance.

That's interesting, I do the same thing with treating my body. I'll eat chocolate with moderation, and so on and so forth. But I'm finding if I go out with friends for dinner, and they have a burger with french fries or something, and I steal a couple of those I get sick. Physically sick. Its so strange. I would also appreciate some insight!! (Even a good reading book could work.)
