Our local MI, Joe Dugan was supposed to teach a worshop on Strength Rides tomorrow at our gym. Joe had an accident on his bike this past week and broke his wrist. Joe (I know you are out there) Get Well and get back on the bike soon. 8)
Although Joe says he is ready and wants to do the workshop MDA found us another MI to lead the CE. His name is Anthony Musanicci and he is from New York. Anyone know anything about him?

Here's wishing Joe well. Steve, I know Anthony Musemici. Please tell him I said "hello." You will like him. Take a look at this link. DH and I took 2 CECs where he was the MI. I hope you enjoy Anthony as much as we did! Vivienne here on the forum knows him as well. She teaches at the same facility he does in NY.

Anthony is great! He came to Philadelphia a few weeks ago and did Periodization, he is an excellent instructor. He is very intune to each student and student's needs. He was working off of my New Leaf results when we were talking about working in zones. I think you will enjoy his workshop!
I hope Joe's wrist gets better soon!!!
I wish Joe luck on his wrist repair...they can be a b*tch. :(
