Hello Everyone-
I've been on the "other" forum for just over a year now and recently found out about this one! :D
I'm excited to meet new people and contribute what I can while learning from all your expertise here on Innercycling!
Glad to be aboard!

Thank you guys so much! Great to feel so welcomed! A couple of quesetions!
Is this like p-o site where I need to post at least 10 times to open attachments and did I do something wrong or do the threads always come up last post showing first? Does that make sense...meaning you have to scroll down to see the original question or post?!
Sorry...I think I'm brain dead today! We just got back from a weekend at Disney World! We took my 5 1/2 year old son to the "Star Wars" weekend at MGM!! Ohhhhhh MY!! There are some very interesting people out there in the world! Talk about some people watching opportunities!!! We really had a blast though despite the 95 degree weather!:o

Great to see you in this neck of the woods...you will probably recognize a few names.
Regarding the order of the posts...you have the option of view posts either newest first or oldest first. Go to User CP (upper left hand corner in the dark green band). Then look to the left side of the page and click on User Options. Page down and you will see different options you can adjust -- one will be the order of posts. After you choose what you want, make sure you click on the "accept" (or something like that) at the bottom of the page. That will set the new settings.
And, I don't think there's a 10-post restriction. We just recently starting using this configuration. It's still a work in progress, but our moderators (Billy, Like2Bike, Megale & Yvonne*) have been incredible.
*hopefully I didn't forget anyone.

WOW PINK! Your getting too technical for me! Telling newbies how set up to avoid the old stuff etc... Even sending music files via email. BTW, the cd's you sent were above and beyond the call of duty. Thank You So much!. Thanks Steve

Just you wait and see what's on the horizon, my friend! I started investigating other email options so I can send bigger files. I think I'm going to set up a g-mail account for just that purpose. However, before you get too impressed, I've been trying for days to set myself up with AIM, haven't haven't been successful.

Welcome Jennifer!!
I am relatively new as well, but I have been made to feel quite welcome. I am sure you will have the same feeling. This is a great place to learn and question. There are no "dumb" questions; ask what you need to know.

Hey Jennifer! (For those of you who don't know, Jennifer is my neighbor, seriously! She lives less than a mile from me!) So glad to see you here, this forum is the place I'm most comfortable. I had to visit Pedal-On when I got back from the WSSC because of people I met there that don't post here and I'm glad I did because I met you there. However, this is home. Pedal-On is a nice place to visit but I wouldn't want to live there. (hehehe:twisted::twisted:). I'm looking forward to seeing you both on and off of the forum, neighbor!
