Everytime I play with my mixmeister, I get better at it. I find that sometimes the transitions get me, but I work through them to match beats as best as possible. It has changed the way my music is put together.

Kathleen there's no turning back now. You're classes will be seamless and the flow will be very subtle but boy will you be pleased!

When I put my first cd together for the first class I taught, I thought, wow, this is going to be good. A year later, wow, I have learned so much from ce, from all of you, WSSC, and now I will be taking the next step to evolve into a better instructor, being more professional, and passing along my vibe through more professional music discs.
I am also looking forward to playing with the program. Professionalism has its rewards!!!

Cfoam & I were just talking about our old CDs...we both agreed that when we revisit them we wonder what we could have possibly been thinking. Have fun with your new toy. It is a wonderful tool.

You guys are really putting the bug in me to take the plunge. No I not into the mixmeister yet. But I have added more RAM to my hard drive so now my computer is running fast and well,so I can add more programs. But I really like using my Ipod for class and don't really want to go back to CD's. I like the flexability of changing songs around.

Sandy it's relatively inexpensive for the rewards you get out of it. You sound like you are ready to take the plunge. Go for it! :)

WARNING: Whiny Moment

I can't get it to work. If anyone wants to try to help me I would appreciate it. I can't get my flippin' files to transfer to MM. I don't know what I am doing wrong and I hate it. My vibe is starting to wane. This is so not cool. Ok. I am done whining now. Thanks. :confused:

Kathleen what are you files saved as? MP3? MP4? or iTunes AA?? MM will only recoginize mp3 wma and wav If you are trying to get them from iTunes you will most likely need to convert them to MP3 and import them in to MM. Hope that helps some.

Kathleen, you are too cute! Talk about dumb...I wanted to try and help you last night, but I had no clue how. Mr. P. set me up originally and I know what to do what I need to do -- nothing more.

Thank you Pink. DH came in and helped after studying for his Chem II test.
My energy and vibe were taking a beating last night. We are trying to sell our house, our washer and dryer, we moved furniture after the new carpet was installed, the realtor was at our house yesterday and then I try to add files to MM after all that. What was I thinking?!

I got some added and played around a little bit. So far, so good.

I have recouped my vibe and energy. Thanks to everyone for your help.
