Looks great, Lori! Thanks for sharing. We're going to start a periodization schedule in the next couple of months, at one of the gyms where I work, that will end with a RDEZ. I'm really looking forward to it, it will be my first! I'm so excited to take my whole class though all of the Energy Zones that will, in the end, bring them to the RDEZ and a real sense of accomplishment! I'm in the process of collecting the profiles that will be used. I'm printing this one out as an option, thanks again!

I have been disappointed in the last couple of profiles from spinning.com because there didn't seem to be much thought or creativity put into them. This one, however, if different. IMHO it looks like someone really took some time to think this one out. Monica when you end up using this please let us know how it goes. I've never actually used one from spinning.com but I'm tempted with this one...
