I just finished RT for Spinning by Barb Kane. She did a great job! Over 30 pages of lower and upper body exercises. Includes exercises with machines, resistance bands, steps, and no equipment needed.

Great terminology section. Stretching, cross training, flexibility, progression program and great hand outs for students on their health assessment.

I must say I love the home study courses Madd Dog offers. I feel they are dong well in providing an instructor with opportunities to expand my knowledge base.

The test was pretty easy after reading through the book once and hitting the bold areas twice.
