Your knowledge, and willingness to share it, has expanded the info I have learned from the CE's, the SI manual, and from WSSC. Thanks again everyone. You already ARE in the league of great instructors. You are taking your abilities to the next level (ie by continuing your education to STAR 2 and aspiring to STAR 3) so it's clear your goals are to help others become more fit and train them in a SMART way. Nice job! Congrats and keep on reaching for the stars....
