I just finished the Periodization Home Study and found it to be a wonderful complement to the Aerobic Home Study course. Some overlap, but IMHO, it reinforced and expanded my knowledge base. The info was presented from a different perspective but still made sense.
The home study courses that I have taken so far really seem to "work together" even though they are written by different authors.
They are both coming in handy preparing for STAR 3.
