Seriously, welcome Larissa, I just read your great ideas about the special things you do for your students. You're a great addition to the already selfless and humble people who make up this forum! I have watched myself improve as an Instructor over the last six or so months since being "taken in" by the seasoned Instructors you'll meet here.
