How do I insert my newest class profile. It is a jpeg. Believe it or not, I'm the IT support at my office.

My latest class, this ride is in Nisene Marks State park, It is called Sand Point. It is only half the way up the mountain, the next section up to santa roselia has a catagory one climb known as "the wall". All my classes represent local rides I do or have done in the past. This one has a catagory 2 climb

Great elevation profile, Richard!
I use a profile to plan most of my rides right now as well. I'd love to see what you come up for movements, please post when you are done.
BTW, have you thought about buying Topo? I know they have your area and you can generate you own very accurate elevation profiles of any ride you choose to map out.
Thanks for contributing and welcome aboard!

I'm new to riding outdoors. I'm not very good yet and my bike is a piece of garbage. I'm just trying to get a feel for it before I spend the money on a new bike and join a cycling club. I'm sure I'll learn a lot from your experience as an outdoor cyclist, as I have from so many of the outdoor cyclists who are a part of this forum. Thanks for posting your ride. :)

Thanks for sharing this, Rich a.k.a. Spin Daddy. It's neat to see how other instructors put together rides. I want to climb "The Wall." Sounds intimidating! Love it! :)

Dude you're already in the club! Thanks for the playlist. Nice mix--something for everyone. Do you coach using RPE or HR? I only have 3 riders in my class that wear a HR Monitor--wish I had more. Thus, I coach using both HR and RPE.

Rpm, And heavy into form and muscle isolation. I'll turn my bike sideways during warm up and go over body posistion, heal and foot flex, hand and arm posistion ect. I explain what muscle groups they use, then when I que, the class knows what to expect. All this for 20 bucks a class.....Suckers, "I'd do it for free"

$15 bucks a class here. And I spend way more time and $ on my class preparation than that but like you said, I'd do it for no pay as well! It's a passion with us IDC coaches and obviously, not about the moo-la.
