Yes it is awesome until you're teaching one evening - very busy gym,people waiting to get on cardio equipment - and you see 3 young lads trying this very thing with the treadmills ging at about 10km/hr.Not smart,not funny and most definately not clever.

But on youtube,it is very entertaining!

Funny how total beginners can walk into a 45 minute beginner/intermediate
spin class and be fine at the end of their first spin class. Are there treadmill group classes available?

One of the things I appreciate about spin classes is that a completely new person can walk in and participate. In my years of running I never shared an enjoyable run with a total beginner (I never had the pleasure to run with the likes of Armstrong).

PS I forgot to mention when I introduced myself that I love to just open my mouth (or get my fingers typing) and have random things come out. Hope you don't mind :-)

I am disappointed to report that I saw OK Go open for another band earlier this summer, and they did none of the above. Sigh...I think more people than just me were bummed out!
