DH and I have signed up for the Oct. 21 workshop in Kent, OH. Can't wait! After we complete it, we will be taking the Star 3 exam. Any advice or feedback out there?

Go with an open mind and enjoy. Think about how you use the energy zones at your facility and how periodizatoin can help your people.

Taking the course in October is great timing in terms of putting the rubber to the road. You may want to think how you can promote a periodization program in your facility since the riding season will be coming to an end.

It is a great course and you'll learn a lot.

Take good notes, most of the STAR 3 exam is periodization. Good luck.

Hey L2B,

All I can say is: look around for a smiling face. I signed up for that class in July and will be there to learn all I can for the STAR 3 as well.

I'll be the gal wearing a SPIN workout top. That should distinguish me from the crowd, correct?

OH COOL! I'm going to meet KAT! It's going to be great to be able to hook up with you--just look for the gal with a handsome bald man on her arm--that will be us! Should be a hoot!
