Now that wasn't so bad, was it? Back in the day, I was in the shadows for over a year. Now you can't shut my fingers up! Welcome into the fold, please post freely & often! Actually I just got back from teaching 2 classes & then taking a yoga class. Great combo!

Now, is there anyone else we can nudge out of the shadows?

Not sure but you have just proven that it's OK to come out of the shadows. Very good group of people here, very intelligent (except for me) and silly at times too.

Yeap, I went though the training, just submitted my video, and my club just launched the program yesterday!! I have been team teaching at another club but will teach tomorrow for the first time my regular Friday morning time slot.
We launch @ our Olney location on Monday and I will be co-teaching the 5:30 PM slot that night. It's been one heck of a trip!

Now I need to spend some time work on my hours for my Yoga Cert!:o

Love the program!
