New High Intensity Workshop

Hey All:

I attended the High Intensity workshop in Madison this past weekend. Raquel Schmidt was the MI and she was phenomenal. I love an experience that teaches you something and re-enforces what you already know.

I highly recommend the workshop. Raquel also answered some of my other Spin topic questions. The workshops are a great way for one-on-one communication with other instructors and MIs.
