I spin, three times a week, 1/2 hr at 85% followed by 1 hr class.
And I do a variety of crunches, totaling about 250, almost every night.

It all starts in the kitchen.

I eat almost no refined sugars. Almost no breads.
More on that later.

Oh, I'm catholic, so I know a lot about the cross! Never knew it was combined with IDC. (Please Jesus get me through this interval.....)
