I was signed up for two workshops this Sunday (Heart Rate Training and Contraindications). I was psyched about having a day full of spinning topics and rides. Last night I got home to find a message on my machine letting me know they cancelled the workshops. How can they do that to me??? :o

I guess I'm going to have to drink heavily to get through the weekend. :D

Low attendance someones sick or someone drank too much and ran away to Disney land. Happens but at least you can talk it here :D

When the cost of sending the presenter (T & E) is greater than the revenue generated, the show does not go on.

Try the Grey Goose profile or the Ketel 1 climbing mix....all you need to succeed is a glass and some ice. The hills await!!

The Ketel 1 climb can be doubled and adding more quantity usually brings less resistance. Be sure to add some lime and keep hydrating. This is one profile that definitely can be looped. And expect to be looped if done as a triple.

The Grey Goose profile is one that usually works better with remixes and extended versions. If you think it'd the same old song, try adding an orange peel. This profile will be one you'll want to use for those theme rides we all love. Like the, "Holy $hit, it's my anniversary!!" holiday that we sometimes forget, or "It's your mother's birthday tonight???" holiday that always calls for many extended climbs with the Grey Goose. There's no need to worry about cadence...just keep the repititions going.

During my son's internship with a local design company, he was working on the launch of this new product...he did the colorization for the web site.

You guys are such a hoot. I love the Vodka-themed rides. I was going to ask to see the profiles but then I imagined what they looked like. At the top, they were probably very neatly designed and organized...using all the official symbols. By the end there are just some scribbles and a statement to the effect of, "Jusht keep on shpinnin'!"
