Ahmm...

All the answers were right out of the book.

It's not like you performed rocket surgery or cured cancer. ;)

What's rocket surgery?:rolleyes:A combination of rocket science and brain surgery, or some new NASA procedure to fix the space station. :D

The people who created the Power Tap- yes, NASA-type minds, definitely some WOW engineers.... But as Todd and Cheeze have seen, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to understand and implement power!

The interesting thing is that, after teaching strictly on the M3's for the last 8 weeks, it's actually easier to grasp instructing with a power/cadence meter staring everyone in the face, than it is to convince people to buy HRM's and the nebulous applications of Karvonen scales, age predicted HR's, and explaining RPE scales for the first 10 or 15 minutes of a class.

But many will find it harder, because until it's more widely taught to groups, you fly alone. You're required to have some curiousity and ambition.

Our new CycleOps bikes were paid for on Tuesday and were delivered today! My class got to see them being unloaded during this mornings ride... The truck was right outside our cycling room. Kinda cool!
They're being built right now... Our Power Certification is Sat. Dec. 8th. We may have one bike available if anyone is interested in attending. Angie Sturtevant will be the trainer.

I'd have thought you'd have wrench in hand as the crates were coming off the truck...
