Just wondering if anyone from IC is attending the Phase II workshop this weekend. One of my friend's and I are making the trek. I'm so psyched! The two workshops we took last month were awesome (with Jeff Kraybiel). I'm not sure who is presenting this one (I've never seen the MI listed on spinning.com for the workshops...do they ever let you know ahead of time?), but I'm sure it will be great.

It was quite an adventure just getting signed up. For as high quality of a program as Spinning is, I'm amazed at how their business is run sometimes. I can't tell you how many times I've called there and been put on hold, only to get cut off after several minutes of waiting. Any emails I've ever sent have gone without response, and well, you all know the status of the website. I don't mean to be negative...just curious if the business was always run this haphazardly or if this is just a phase. The orientation and trainings I've attended were so good, it's hard to imagine that everything about the company wouldn't be just as professional.

Hope to see some of you this weekend!

This reminds....where's Gilbert (Howard) lately?

Sorry Tracik, I don't have a great answer for you, other than it's a really small (number of people) company.

I live in Philly, but I will not be attending the workshop. Although, now I might think about it..hmmm Its off the main line, isn't it? This whole maybe taking a continuing education workshop is going to plague my mind all day... (In a good way)... I'll get back to you guys on my decision to attend or not attend... Sorry I tend to write and think at the same time!

Girls can we see some pics here when you return? It's always fun to connect faces with screen names! :)

Hopefully you won't get a call from them saying it's been canceled. That's what happened to me the last time I tried to do a workshop! If it wasn't my birthday and all this weekend, I'd probably be going!

I am taking the GRE's on Monday. I think that as much as Spinning calms me down, it may not make sense for me to attend the workshop. Oh well. I'll just have to wait until Miami! Have a good time this weekend!!
